Spring has come into full swing. That means blooming flowers, chirping birds and shinning sun. We yearn to be outside. All of the time. Doing Whatever.
Because staying inside is lame, we splurged on a new outdoor sectional soda. We put an outdoor rug under it and hung a sun shade over it. We installed 96-feet of commercial grade stand lighting around it. And, to place on it, we bought decorative pillows, including one featuring a Boston terrier dog because we have a Boston terrier, named “Odie”.
While sitting outside last weekend, we became thirsty. We concocted a new drink recipe containing whiskey, ginger beer, lime juice, agave nectar, bitters and a splash of grenadine. We named it a “Dewdropper”, which apparently is 1920’s slang for a person who is lazy and wastes away his or her days. That’s us until, at least, October.
