Enjoying flavor and not wanting to waste a bounty of hot peppers, we recently concocted a recipe for homemade hot sauce. It’s marvelous. You should try it.

We love banana peppers. They grow plentifully. Keep them watered, and you’ll have sweet peppers from late June to mid-October, and they are amazing when pickled.
